Reviews submitted on ShiftCheck are displayed publicly without your name or any personally identifying information. However, your account is internally associated with your reviews for moderation and spam prevention purposes.

We will not publicly link your identity to your reviews. We may disclose your identity to law enforcement if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform (such as Supabase for database hosting and Google for authentication)

ShiftCheck uses the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth: Sign-in with Google authentication
  • Google Places API: Venue search and location data

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Reviews you have submitted may remain on the Platform after account deletion in anonymized form with no association to your identity.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
